St Michael’s RC School is a successful and popular 11-16 Catholic Comprehensive. Our most recent Ofsted inspection in 2009 judged the school to be a good and improving school where the behaviour of students in lessons and around school was good and where student’s personal development was good with outstanding features.

The school currently employs 1 Pastoral Support Worker. The Governors wish to increase staffing in this area by creating an additional Pastoral Support Worker post to work alongside the existing postholder. Together, both of the Pastoral Support Workers will work particularly with our Heads of Student learning to help support their work with our students and the maintenance of the behaviour support system within school.
